1. Risk and Compliance Manager A&P
Education
University degree (or the equivalent in work experience), preferably in a technical discipline
Experience and Job requirements
At least 5 year Experience in regional HSSE role(s) and operational roles with substantial HSSE accountabilities
Understanding and experience of HSSE within lube blending plant operation and international brand marketing business environment, including:
- Understand of blending plant operation and processes.
- Understanding and knowledge of the external competitive environment
- Generalist HSSE background and experience
- Ability and track record of engaging at different levels of the organisation and effectively building trust, support and commitment

Experience and Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics/Co-ordination preferably in the Arabian Gulf region
- Team player, ability to operate in a cross-departmental multi-cultural environment
- A self-motivated person who displays initiative and creativity in problem solving/also in building and maintaining relationships
- Good customer service track record and excellent customer service response demonstrated
- Good telephonic handling skills, e-mail etiquette
- Good IT skills – MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP
